Merchandise World 2026
Merchandise World is the UK’s premier promotional‑merchandise trade exhibition, held twice a year. The January show is a two‑day, trade‑only event for professional distributors, featuring manufacturers and wholesalers from the UK and Europe who display new product ranges, best‑selling lines and a strong focus on sustainability, capped by the BPMA Awards Gala. The September Sustainable Merchandise World is a one‑day exhibition (23 September 2026 at Arena MK, Milton Keynes) centred on environmentally‑friendly promotional items, while still showcasing high‑quality merchandise across categories such as apparel, tech gadgets, drinkware and corporate gifts. Distributors may invite selected client representatives, and the programme includes specialist speakers on sustainability topics. Additional events include a Peak Season show (10 Sept 2025) and a New Year exhibition (21‑22 Jan 2026). The shows provide networking, product discovery and partnership opportunities for sales teams, managers and industry leaders.
