International Pizza Expo 2027
International Pizza Expo is the world's largest trade show dedicated exclusively to the pizza industry, held annually at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Per the official website (pizzaexpo.pizzatoday.com): "Join us at the 43rd annual International Pizza Expo, the industry's leading event, happening April 13-15, 2027 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Connect with top suppliers, learn from industry experts, and experience the best in pizza all in one place." Exhibit dates are April 13-15, 2027, with education programming running April 11-15, 2027.
The expo brings together pizzeria owners, operators, chefs and foodservice professionals with hundreds of leading suppliers. Highlights include:
