18.edition of Annapoorna Inter Food, a B2B food-beverage trade expo, will be held from 9-11 Aralık 2026 Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. The event hosts 203 exhibitors across a 10,000 kare metre floor, attracting 10,112 trade visitors. Exhibitor categories span packaged foods, herbs, spices, fresh produce (e.g., narlar), ready-made meals, beverages, agricultural staples (rice, sugar, wheat flour), organic and innovative products, and new packaging solutions. The fair draws over 250 international buyers, importers, distributors, retailers, HoReCa professionals, and chefs. Highlights include awards for innovation, CEO roundtables with government officials, masterclasses by celebrity chefs, and extensive networking opportunities. 96% of 2025 exhibitors rated visitor quality highly, 82% confirmed participation for 2026, and 86% would recommend the expo.
