The 29th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show runs from 10‑12 November 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Spanning 200,000 sqm, it gathers over 3,000 exhibitors and 180,000 professional visitors from more than 50 countries. The exhibition is organized into 15 core sections that cover the full food‑and‑beverage supply chain: import‑export, distribution, supermarkets and convenience stores, e‑commerce and new retail, hotels, catering, coffee & beverages, baking, desserts, and franchise chains. Concurrent pavilions include ProWine Shanghai (wine & spirits), Shanghai International Franchise Expo (franchise opportunities across catering, retail, services and chain resources), and Salon du Chocolat Shanghai (confectionery, baked goods, ice‑cream, cereal bars, chocolate fashion and demo shows). The event serves as a major platform for industry professionals to source products, explore partnerships, and enter the Chinese market.
