The efa:ON trade fair is a specialist exhibition for electrical, building and lighting technology in Central Germany. It brings together 211 exhibitors (including the parallel netze:ON event) that showcase manufacturers and service providers of the electrical sector, featuring world-market leaders. Main product categories include electrical equipment, building automation, lighting solutions, energy-distribution systems and broadband network technologies. The visitor profile spans craftsmen, industrial and commercial enterprises, energy utilities, traders, planners, architects, engineers, building operators, investors and industry newcomers. In 2025 the fair attracted 11,800 visitors, highlighting its role as a key networking and knowledge-exchange platform for the entire value chain of the electro-industry.
