The south-facing side of this dynamically shaped crystal, which is barely open on all sides, reveals an indoor swimming hall. The sharply angled side facades and the outstanding overhang on the roof allow two worlds to collide: one with a blue swimmer in minimalist clothing, practicing water sports inside a wood panelled room; another with a passerby in winter clothes. This tension between the two worlds can be seen in the rippling facade of the glass facing the adjacent public space. This mutual interaction, which reveals the secret of movement to local residents, invites them to spend their leisure actively participating in physical activities.The roof slope, which is in line with the terrain slope, provides the required height for the pool room. Its overhang controls the sun's penetration during different seasons. The standard height of the object on the north-facing side is suitable for a pool bar and showers. A sauna world can also be accommodated on this side, with its cooling terrace, on the coldest part of the building, with a view of the Central Mountains of Bohemia.The basement, which contains technologies, storage and facilities is attached to the original difference in terrain level. This local gives minimizes the need for terrain work. The upper floor has a dedicated water and sauna area with a central communication point located at the pool bar. The west side of this building has an outdoor whirlpool, water slide, and stairway tower. This is a symbol for swimming halls.The building is designed to go beyond the typical swimming pool solution, which often obstructs views of the surrounding area. This swimming hall, on the other hand, opens up to the public with its main glass façade and allows passersby to see the sports activities inside. Placement of the swimming pool in the public area of the city encourages people to take part in sporting and recreational activities within the hall. The object's openness enhances a positive impression of the swimming pool area as a place for everyone, and breaks down any possible prejudices regarding the sports environment. It also motivates locals to improve physical condition.
