MindBodySpirit Festival Hakkında

The MindBodySpirit Festival is Australia's wellness festival - a world of wellness, inspiration and shopping. Visitors can hear featured Main Stage speakers alongside an exciting lineup of healers, thought leaders and performers, and explore dedicated zones including Beauty, Nourish and Wellbeing, each designed to dive deeper into holistic living, self-care and wellness.

Yeni açılan Healing Hub, meditasyon, sesle iyileştirme ve nefes çalışmaları gibi rahatlatıcı etkinlikler sunuyor. Ayrıca festivalde bir tören alanı, ödüller, festival özel ürünleri ve sağlık alanında faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin listesi de bulunuyor.
