Sintercafe 2026
SINTERCAFE International Coffee Week is a four‑day (Nov 11‑14 2026) annual trade show in Costa Rica that brings together the entire coffee value chain. The event hosts over 500 participants, featuring a large exhibitor hall where coffee producers, roasters, equipment manufacturers and service providers showcase their products. A structured agenda includes keynote speakers and panel discussions on market trends, sustainability, and innovation. The Field Day offers hands‑on demonstrations and tastings for attendees. Accommodations are coordinated with several local hotels (Marriott Los Sueños, Hacienda Belén, AC Hotel Heredia, Fairfield by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott). Additional elements include sponsor showcases, a “Next Gen” program for emerging professionals, and the Grano de Oro collection highlighting premium Costa Rican coffees. Past editions are documented in galleries spanning 2010‑2025.
