COSME Week is Japan’s largest cosmetics trade show, held bi‑annually: Tokyo in February and Osaka in September. The upcoming Osaka edition runs from 30 September to 2 October 2026 at INEX Osaka. The fair is organized into four main sections: • COSME Tech Osaka – focuses on cosmetics development, showcasing raw materials, containers, packaging and OEM services. • COSME Osaka – an international cosmetics exhibition featuring skincare, body care, makeup, beauty devices and health‑food products. • C‑MEX (Tokyo‑only) – a cosmetics marketing expo presenting promotional items and marketing tools for manufacturers, retailers and salons. • Haircare EXPO (Tokyo‑only) – displays hair‑care products, equipment, raw materials and OEM providers. The event draws manufacturers, buyers, dealers, salons, and overseas participants, offering direct B2B negotiations, product comparisons, and industry seminars on trends and research.
