The national and international raw materials and building materials industry will again meet in Homberg/Nieder-Ofleiden in the state of Hessen in Germany from 2. to 5. September 2026. The 12th time, Europe's largest Basalt Quarry, operated by Mitteldeutsche Hartstein-Industrie AG will host a unique demonstration show - the steinexpo. The impressive trade fair venue will be where leading manufacturers of mining and construction equipment, as well as suppliers of add-on technology, and mineral processing technologies, as well as services providers, present their machines, systems, industry innovation and service offerings during a four-day concentrated exhibition.
In 2023, the unique concept and the impressive trade fair venue brought more than 61.500 industry-related visitors to the quarry. The high percentage of trade visitors (more than 90%) shows just how important the industry finds the cluster of latest technologies, innovation and solutions.
