Kentucky EMS Conference & Expo 2026
The Kentucky Ambulance Providers Association (KAPA) is organizing the 2026 KY EMS Conference EXPO on September 15, 2026 at the Owensboro Convention Center. The event will showcase EMS and ambulance equipment, pre‑hospital care technologies, training and education services, and legislative support materials such as HB 447 (ground ambulance reimbursement), HB 236 (EMS education and oversight), and HB 106 (workforce incentives and mental‑health support). Ancillary activities include an "EMS on the Hill" kickoff meeting, scheduled legislative visits, a press conference on HB 447 hosted by Rep. Raymer, and an evening reception for EMS leaders and legislators. The conference aims to promote professional standards, advocacy, and networking among Kentucky’s licensed EMS providers while highlighting key policy initiatives and industry innovations.
