Hong Kong has relaxed its Vaccine Pass restrictions, allowing overseas arrivals with an "amber" code to attend B2B trade exhibitions after completing a mandatory three-day hotel quarantine, rather than waiting for a "blue" code on day seven. This move is seen as a transitional step toward normalizing the city's international expo sector.

Conversely, the mainland's Covid Zero policy continues to cause significant disruptions, leading to postponements, cancellations, and relocations for various trade fairs:
