Expand Expo Speaker Series

The Expand Expo Speaker Series is a training and development programme created in 2018 for credit union professionals, presented by Horizon Federal Credit Union in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The 2026 edition centres on full-day workshops facilitated by expert speakers, with content aimed at raising performance and positively impacting the bottom line of a credit union.

• Tuesday, September 15, 2026 - Communication and Expectations- A workshop focused on setting and communicating clear expectations, giving feedback, delivering difficult news and improving service recovery, with techniques to prevent frustration and keep members informed.
• Monday, October 26, 2026 - Emotional Intelligence Seminar- An exploration of emotional intelligence in the workplace, covering the 15 competencies of EI, self-awareness, conflict resolution, leadership presence and strategies to manage reactions under pressure.

Each workshop is $249 per attendee and attendees are not required to book more than one date. Workshops begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 3:30 PM, with lunch provided.
